At Toyella, we do our best to make sure your order is processed, packed, and delivered as smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping times, tracking, and delivery process.

What Happens After I Place My Order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

During busy periods, holidays, product launches, or high-demand sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

UK Shipping Times

Toyella currently ships to customers in the United Kingdom.

We offer tracked shipping on all UK orders.

Free tracked shipping is available on orders over £50.
From time to time, free shipping may also be offered as part of a special promotion, bundle, or upsell offer shown at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Where Will My Order Ship From?

Toyella works with trusted logistics partners and suppliers to provide quality children’s products at accessible prices.

Depending on the product and stock availability, your order may be shipped from one of our partner warehouses, including international fulfilment locations.

This allows us to offer a wider range of products while keeping prices fair for our customers.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Tracking information may take 2–4 business days to update after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier system to activate the tracking details.

What If I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

URGENT — Address Change

We will do our best to update your address before the order is processed. However, once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Toyella is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delayed Orders

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, occasional delays may happen due to courier issues, public holidays, weather, or high shipping demand.

If your order has not arrived after 20 business days from the shipping date, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the courier.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Toyella is not responsible for packages that are marked as successfully delivered by the courier but are reported as lost or stolen afterward.

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend checking with neighbours, household members, building reception, or your local delivery office.

We will still do our best to help you review the delivery information.

Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if they contain multiple products shipped from different partner warehouses.

If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment where available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For UK orders, any applicable taxes or shipping costs will be shown at checkout where required.

Toyella does not charge any additional shipping fees after checkout.

In rare cases, customs-related delays may happen depending on the shipping route and local regulations. These delays are outside Toyella’s control.
